Major new release of mod_security rules, fixes all problems with Apache 1.x

New release of the gotroot.com ModSecurity rules! Rules now work with apache 1.x!

I finished a major overhaul of all the rules to fix problems with loading (and using) them in apache 1.x. If you are using apache 1.x, you can now use the rules to your hearts content. This latest release also includes lots of new signatures, and tweaks to old ones. I've also created a new supplemental rule set for Apache 2.x that includes any rules that have been removed from the main ruleset due to problems with apache 1.x (right now, its just one rule, and I want to keep it a minimum, a temporarily repository until I can fix that rule or rules for apache 1.x). The new ruleset is available here:
