We've had a lot of interest recently in our Using Bittorrent Anonymously with I2P article, in fact, thats why we experienced a short outage the other night (damn that pesky PHP accelerator... it didn't update itself to work with PHP 4.4!). So we thought we would point our readers to our Anonymous Bittorrent with TOR how to. Now you can use the EFF sponsored TOR network for your data publishing needs.

There are many cryptographically secure methods currently in testing and development that can create a high security anonymous network for data publishing, i2p is one such network, and the other is the EFF sponsored Onion Skin Router (external link) (cache) network, or TOR.
